Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing and former Big Brother Naija winner Phyna are set to take their social media clash into the boxing ring as they face off in a celebrity boxing bout.

The much-anticipated fight is scheduled to hold on October 1, 2026, at the Federal Palace Hotel in Lagos State.

The organisers, Balmoral, announced the celebrity showdown in a post shared on Instagram on Friday evening.

Unveiling the fight poster, the organisers wrote: “Plot twist? Let’s see what the women can do. Phyna VS Nkechi.

“The rivalry is real. Now, let’s see who backs it up when the bell rings.”

The announcement came hours after the two celebrities engaged in a heated exchange on social media.

Their upcoming showdown has now added a new dimension to the feud, with both women expected to settle their differences inside the ring when the bell rings on October 1.
