Former Big Brother Naija winner, Phyna, has emerged victorious after defeating Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing in a celebrity boxing bout in Lagos.

Phyna secured a fourth-round technical knockout against Nkechi Blessing at Balmoral’s ‘Chaos in the Ring’ event held on Thursday at the Federal Palace Hotel, Lagos.

The organiser announced Phyna as the winner following the stoppage, describing the contest as the first female celebrity bout in the history of the event.

“After an incredible Independence Day celebration and chaos in the ring, we do have our winner for the first-ever female celebrity bout in the history of Chaos in the Ring,” the organiser stated.

The organiser added, “A fourth-round technical knockout, your new champion is Phyna.”

The highly anticipated bout came after a public disagreement between Phyna and Nkechi Blessing, which eventually led to both celebrities agreeing to settle their differences inside the ring.

Phyna’s victory made her the first winner of the female celebrity bout featured in the ‘Chaos in the Ring’ series.
