Presidential candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC), Omoyele Sowore has mocked one of the leading Presidential candidates in the 2023 general election.
This comes after Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC) failed to attend the 52nd Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria’s (ICAN) conference held at Sheraton conference hall, Abuja on Wednesday 12th October, 2022.
At the conference, the presidential candidates of most of the parties were present. However, neither Tinubu nor his representative was present at the meeting.
Mocking the presidential candidate, Sowore said: “The Accounting Guru who studied accounting at Chicago University could not attend the biggest accounting event in Nigeria”

"I also want to congratulate those of you who made the guess that one candidate will not show up.
Congratulations, you won!
And the candidate that did not show up, Please listen to this, is suppose to be an accounting guru from Chicago State University but he refuse to show up at the most important accounting event in Nigeria today. 
The future of Nigeria cannot also continue to live or expect unsustainable candidates in 2023".
