The Director General of the Peoples' Democratic Party (PDP) National Campaign Management Committee (NCMC), Aminu Waziri Tambuwal has said that the Presidential campaign of the party’s candidate, Atiku Abubakar, will kick off on Monday, October 10th 2022 in Akwa Ibom State.
Tambuwal, who is also the Sokoto State Governor disclosed this on Tuesday, during a Press briefing at the Atiku’s campaign office in Wuse, Abuja.
He said; “Only Atiku can provide the required leadership that this Country needs at this time. He has experience in Governance at the Federal level, which I believe none of the rest of the candidates can match.’’
“And this is not the time for Nigeria to go into trial and error. It’s time for Nigeria to give it to the person that has been tested and who has the experience, who can do a good job”.

“We will travel throughout to the nooks and crannies of this country particularly moved around the states to solicit for votes.’’
He also emphasised that their campaign will be issues based, adding that “our principal, Atiku is a peace ambassador and we will be peaceful in our conduct.”
