Thursday 8th July, 2021: Transfer rumour is in the air as another season is about to commence.

France and Barcelona winger Antonie Griezmann was reported been offered to Champions League holder, Chelsea.

The Frenchman looks set to leave the Camp Nou this summer and Barcelona are looking to tempt the Blues into making a move for Griezmann if they don’t succeed in purchasing Haaland this summer.

Griezmann joined the Spanish side in the summer of 2019 for a whopping £107 million but would likely cost less than that now given his inconsistency in action while in the Nou Camp.

Though Chelsea manager, Thomas Tuchel, has an eye on Inter Milan forward, Lautaro Martinez, but reports claimed that the Serie A side has not indicated interest in selling the Argentina Striker having lost Hakimi to PSG. 
 
He is considered as Haaland alternative, whilst Chelsea continues to be strongly linked with Dortmund’s star.  But Dortmund was reluctant to let go off their striker as Manchester United has reportedly completed the signing of their right winger, Jadon Sancho, last week, remaining the official announcement tentatively scheduled for after the ongoing EURO 2020 tournament.
