Kemi Adetiba began her transition when she became a presenter on the MNET show Studio 53. After being on TV for a while, Kemi Adetiba went to the New York Film Academy to learn directing.

Today she is one of the biggest music video directors in Nigeria after having worked with Banky W, Bez, 2face Idibia, Wizkid, TY Bello and others.
