The order of the day at the sitting of the Oyo State House of Assembly on Thursday includes the first reading of five bills by the Majority Leader of the House, Hon. K. H. Subair representing Ibadan South-West 1Constituency. 

 The first bill with reference number OYHAB/08/03/15 is Oyo State Laws Repeal Bill. The bill is for a law to repeal some existing laws in Oyo State and other matters connected therewith.

The second bill with reference number OYHAB/08/04/15 is the Ministry of Environment, Physical, and Urban Development bill. The bill is for a law to establish the Ministry of Environment, Physical Planning and Urban Development, provided for its functions and other matters connected therewith.

The third bill with reference number OYHAB/08/05/15 is the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology bill. The bill is for a law to establish the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology as a Corporate Sole and to provide for the function of the Ministry and other matters connected therewith.

The fourth bill with reference number OYHAB/08/06/15 is the Ministry of Trade, Industry, Investment and Cooperatives bill. The bill is for a law for the establishment of the Ministry of Trade, Industry, Investment and Cooperatives as a Corporate Sole and to provide for the functions of the Ministry and other matters connected therewith.

The fifth bill with reference number OYHAB/08/07/15 is the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development bill, 2015. The bill is for a law for the establishment of the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development as a Corporate Sole and to provide for the functions of the Ministry and other matters connected therewith.
