In week-13 game of the Nigeria Premier League played at the Lekan Salami Stadium, Ibadan Sunday, the Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC)  settled for a goalless draw against Enyimba of Aba.

The two clubs thrilled the spectators throughout the time the game lasted as they could not predict which club would carry the day.

However, the Oluyole warlords lived up to expectations, but poor marksmanship robbed them of victory as many scoring chances were missed, especially in the second half.

The heroic performance of goalkeeper Chijoke Ejiogu helped the People's Elephant to run away with a draw.

Christian Obiozor was a thorn in the flesh of the visitors as the defence of 3SC anchored by Suraj Sodiq was kept busy by the gangling striker, who had in the early minutes of the game wasted a gilt-edged chance in the box.

The homer's coach, Gbenga Ogunbote, speaking after the match, blamed his wards for showing too much respect to the visitors, but still expressed satisfaction with the result of the game.

Meanwhile, Enyimba gaffer Kadri Ikhana blamed poor officiating for the draw, saying his team could have won the match if they had converted the scoring chances they created in the match.
