The All Progressives Congress has warned the People’s Democratic Party against truncating the country’s democracy.

A statement by the Director of Publicity, Osun APC, Kunle Oyatomi, on Sunday, said the desperation of the PDP to stay in power at all cost may terminate the nation’s democracy.

The statement said, “The postponement of the election, coupled with the negative and inciting remarks by the PDP are two dangerously destructive kites by the PDP. The PDP has remained the greatest threat to the survival of the current democratic dispensation in Nigeria.

“The foremost leadership of the PDP and its strategic operatives appeared to have lost all sense of caution, responsibility and concern for the survival of democracy in Nigeria and would do any and everything abominable to retain power.”
