Pharm Gloria Chinwuko, National Assistant Secretary of NAIP
Africa’s leading online media organization, CEOAFRICA, has joined the National Chairman of the Association of Industrial Pharmacists of Nigeria (NAIP), Bankole Aminu Ezebuilo, members of the association’s executive council, and stakeholders across the pharmaceutical and industrial sectors in celebrating Gloria Chinwuko, National Assistant Secretary of NAIP, on the occasion of her birthday today, March 14.
In a heartfelt tribute, the organization described Lady Gloria—who also serves as Chairperson of NAIP Delta State Zone—as a distinguished professional whose career has made a significant impact on Nigeria’s pharmaceutical manufacturing landscape. Over the years, she has served in several strategic capacities within the profession, earning recognition for her excellence in industrial pharmacy, plant management, and administrative leadership.
Widely regarded by colleagues and industry stakeholders as a results-driven professional, Lady Gloria is known for her action-oriented leadership style. Her hands-on approach to management has consistently transformed the institutions and organizations she has served, reflecting the diligence, resilience, and ingenuity that continue to drive Nigeria’s pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
Leading the congratulatory messages was NAIP National Chairman, Bankole Aminu Ezebuilo, who commended her unwavering dedication, professionalism, and passion for advancing the pharmacy profession. In his message, he praised her humility and commitment in carrying out her responsibilities as National Assistant Secretary and encouraged her to remain steadfast in her efforts to strengthen the growth, credibility, and integrity of industrial pharmacy practice in Nigeria.
An accomplished academic and industry leader, Lady Gloria obtained her Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, and later earned a Master’s degree from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. Throughout her professional journey, she has remained deeply committed to improving standards in pharmaceutical manufacturing and promoting local drug production in Nigeria.
She currently serves as Superintendent Pharmacist and Plant Manager at Dony Triumph Pharmaceutical Company, where her leadership continues to play a vital role in ensuring quality drug production and strengthening Nigeria’s capacity for local pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Lady Gloria is widely respected for her contributions to community development and professional mentorship. She has supported several initiatives aimed at advancing healthcare delivery and strengthening professional collaboration within the pharmaceutical sector. Her outstanding contributions have earned her numerous recognitions and honorary awards from organizations both within Nigeria and internationally.
A devout Christian and respected member of the Anglican community, Lady Gloria is also a Lady Knight of St. Christopher and serves actively within church leadership. She is a member of the Parish Church Council (PCC) and leads various women’s groups, demonstrating her ability to balance demanding professional responsibilities with a deep commitment to faith and service.
In her personal life, Lady Gloria is happily married to Runcie Chinwuko, and their union is blessed with children. She has often acknowledged her husband’s unwavering support, noting that his encouragement and partnership have contributed immensely to her achievements over the years.
Reflecting on her journey, she expressed gratitude for the support system around her, stating: “I consider myself blessed to have a loving husband, family, friends, and well-wishers. All glory and thanks to God.”
Born in Lagos to the family of Anthony Oramadike and Lady Anthony Oramadike of Nnewi in Anambra State, Lady Gloria continues to exemplify the ideals of the modern Nigerian professional woman—successfully balancing career excellence, faith, and family life with grace and purpose.
