Simon Sineck’s words are true that “the true value of a leader is not measured by the work they do, a leader's true value is measured by the work they inspire others to do” but CEOAFRICA has found a leader whose value, measured in the works he does, serves as an inspiration to staff, associates, business partners and the generality of the African continent. This leader is the Managing Director of CEOAFRICA, Prince Cletus Sunday Ilobanafor.

When a man is relevant and valuable to society, he will be well-spoken of across the board. The CEOAFRICA MD has earned to his name, many local and international awards and recognitions. The Global African Shores of African-Union Diaspora in 2022 honoured Prince Sunday Cletus Ilobanafor with a lifetime award for his contribution to the socioeconomic development of the Pan-African society at a Roundtable Conference of African in Diaspora of the African Union held at Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

In 2023, the African Diaspora Development Institute (ADDI) in Washington DC, USA honoured the media guru with the prestigious Arikana Excellence Award given to Africans who have been so distinguished in their contributions to expanding the frontiers of socio-economic development of the African continent.

Locally, the Sickle Cell Hope Alive Foundation (SCHAF) last year, honoured him with a prestigious Excellence Award in recognition of his outstanding support in the fight against Sickle Cell Disease since 2012 that the foundation started. During the award presentation, the founder of SCHAF, Prof. Adeyinka had specially acknowledged and appraised the contributions of Ilobanafor for his relentless efforts to the success and progress of the SCHAF foundation.

An expert in Digital Media, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and founder of CEOAFRICA Media Platform, Prince Ilobanafor has also spoken on international platforms like the consultation and planning workshop on African Languages and the Cyberspace in Gaborone, Botswana, organised by the African Union.

Prince Cletus, a man whose burning passion is to see Africa emerge as the world economic power come 2060, believes that Africa is endowed with human, capital and mineral resources and if well harnessed will situate Africa as the hope of the world.
