The Alake of Egbaland, His Royal Majesty, Oba Micheal Adedotun Aremu Gbadebo(CFR), Okukenu IV, on Thursday conferred the chieftaincy title ‘MOOJILA EGBA’ to the founder and Chancellor of Chrisland University, High Chief Dr. (Mrs.) Winifred Awosika OON.

“The chieftaincy title was in recognition of the many great achievements and contributions of Chief Mrs. Awosika to humanity most especially on the establishment of Chrisland University, Abeokuta where many of the state indigenes has had access to education and employment” The Alake said.

The investiture which took place at the palace of the Alake of Egbaland witnessed a massive turnout of chiefs, families, friends and well-wishers who came to felicitates with the Nigerian educationist icon.
