The Speaker of Plateau State House of Assembly, Gabriel Dewan, has sworn in nine out of 16 All Progressives Congress, APC, lawmakers.

The swearing-in, according to report took place in the early hours of Friday in Jos, the state capital.

It was that the member from Jos East was appointed Deputy Speaker of the Assembly.
