President Bola Tinubu has approved the establishment of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) in the FCT Administration.

The Minister of Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, disclosed this on Friday, October 13, while briefing reporters in Abuja.

Wike stated that the president had approved the establishment of a Woman Affairs secretariat in the FCT, which would be commissioned in the coming weeks.

He expressed displeasure that the nonexistence of the commission has made it impossible for directors in the FCTA to attain the position of Permanent Secretary.
