The President, Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN), Prof. Cyril Odianose Usifoh has expressed his eagerness to see cute faces of pharmacists across the nation at the national conference of the PSN; meanwhile, the conference is barely one week away from now.
Recall that CEOAFRICA had earlier reported that the conference, which is the PSN’s 95th Annual National Conference (ANC), tagged “Tin City 2022”, with the theme, “Medicine Security in an Unstable Economy”, will start on October 31 and end on November 5, 2022, at Chrispan Suites and Events Centre, Rayfield, Jos, Plateau state.
In a chat with CEOAFRICA, on Thursday, October 20, 2022, the former Dean, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Benin, reiterated his readiness to perform his constitutional function of presiding over the national conference, with thousands of colleagues in attendance.
According to him, “It is a rare honour to meet my beautiful and handsome colleagues again. I don’t take it for granted. I always rejoice whenever I see them.”
Speaking further, he explained that the ANC is an event that every pharmacist in the country looks forward to yearly and further explained that this year’s edition is not going to be just what it used to be.
He stressed that the conference will be full of thought-provoking and highly educative lectures, which will span through different fields of Pharmacy and foster networking opportunities, by allowing pharmacists to get to meet peers and front-liners in their chosen career and other things that interest them.
The conference is just 9 days and some hours away, from now.
