The Deputy gubernatorial candidate of African Democratic Congress (ADC) in the 2023 election in Oyo State, Evangelist Emmanuel Oyewole, has dumped the party for the ruling Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP).
Oyewole made the announcement while addressing Newsmen at a press conference in Ibadan on Friday.
It was reported that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has released names of gubernatorial and deputy gubernatorial candidates in the State.
He said the dump ADC because of the good works of Governor Seyi Makinde in the State.
“I am the deputy gubernatorial candidate of ADC in 2023. I have joined PDP.’’
“What Makinde is doing made me join PDP.’’
“We have seen what he has been doing. Our intention is to make Oyo state better and he has been doing it”.
