Saturday 27th November 2021: Late Nigerian singer, Sound Sultan’s wife, Farida Fasasi, on Saturday celebrated the music icon on his posthumous birthday.
Farida took to her Instagram page to share a video showing her husband in different stages of his life and in her caption, stated how much she missed her late husband.
She wrote, “Olanrewaju Fasasi ‘Oko Farida’ (Farida’s husband).
“I miss your cheeky gap-toothed smile. I miss your jokes. I miss waking up to guitar strings. Even more, I miss our inside jokes.
“It’s your birthday today. I’ll forever celebrate all that you’ve been to me. I love you, forever and always.”
The popular singer had died on the 11th of July after battling Angioimmunoblastic T-Cell Lymphoma. He was buried the same day in the United States, according to Islamic rites.
The mother of 3 had also On October 1, 2021, celebrated her husband on what should have been their 12th marriage anniversary.
