Thursday Nov 4 2021:The Executive Director of the Institute of Agricultural Research and Training,Moor Plantation,Ibadan, Prof.(Mrs) Veronica Obatolu will today receive the 2021 Distinguished Merit Award of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria,Ibadan and District Society.
The prestigious award set aside for Individuals and Organizations who have contributed to manpower and Enterprise development will be conferred on her by the President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria,Mrs Comfort Eyitayo  mni.FCA. at the Felicia hall,Jogor Centre today.
Organizers of the Award Ceremony ,(ICAN) Ibadan, disclosed in a release that it is an annual event to encourage awardees to do more for humanity most especially in activities that lift the lives of people out of poverty in their community, organizations and the nation at large.
Prof. Mrs Obatolu is the first female Executive Director of IAR&T since it was founded in 1969 and has won several awards also receiving so many commendations for her role in transforming the Institute
