Tuesday 22nd June 2021: The Premier League champions has made a bid of £100m for Tottenham striker, Harry Kane.

The England international has been seen as Pep Guardiola’s top target as the Premier League defending champions is searching for a replacement for their record goal scorer Sergio Aguero.

Sergio Aguero who joined Laliga giant, FC Barcelona as a free agent made Guardiola on a desperate form in searching for a top striker, with the England captain seen as top target this summer.

Though, there are also some European giants who are as well interested in securing the contract of Tottenham top scorer, with the likes of City rival, Manchester United, Laliga giants Real Madrid, Champions League winner Chelsea.

The strikers signed a two-year contract extension three years ago which ties him to the north London club until 2024.

Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is understood to want to keep hold of his star striker, who has been with the club throughout his professional career, though he had loan spells at Leyton Orient, Millwall, Norwich and Leicester.

The England striker has not officially announced plans to leave the club but he has made no secret about his desires to win trophies.
