Provost of FCAH&PT unveils 14 new programmes in school of part-time studies

Monday, 7th June 2021: The Federal College of Animal Health & Production Technology, (FCAH&PT), Moor Plantation Ibadan has introduced new two years courses in 14 programmes for both National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) in the School of part-time studies of the College. 

The Provost/Chief Executive Officer of the Federal College of Animal Health & Production Technology, Ibadan, Dr Adekoya Olatunde Owosibo, disclosed this in an exclusive interview with CEOAFRICA.

According to him, six of the programmes are for the ND while the remaining eight of the programmes are for HND.

Similarly, Dr Owosibo added that the College has also introduced some entrepreneurial programmes as well as service training in livestock production. 

The Provost said the new courses introduced for the ND categories included Animal Health and Production Technology; Science Laboratory Technology, Fisheries Technology, and Veterinary Technology. 

For the HND, some of the new programmes are Animal Health Technology, Animal Production Technology, Agribusiness Management as well as Agriculture Extension and Management among others.

He also took time to outline the entry requirements for the new courses so as to assist the would-be students of the College to make informed choices.
