NIGERIA (Abuja)-Reports reaching the news desk of CEOAFRICA is that the embattled former Minister of Aviation, Princess Stella Oduah, has finally handed over the helm of affairs in the ministry to the Supervisory Minister, Dr. Samuel Orton on Tuesday, after series of postponement.

It was gathered that the journalists were denied entrance into the arena where the handing over took place.
