The governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State, Rotimi Akeredolu, has promised to focus on rehabilitating roads in the rural areas of the state and has assured people of better living conditions if he is elected.

The governorship aspirant made this known while visiting some communities including; Ajegunle, Laje, Orisumbare, Satiday, Ajebambo in Ondo West one and two, on the second day of his campaign. He also promised to create more local government areas to bring development closer to the people.

Also, the National Chairman of the APC, Mr John Oyegun, has asked members of his party in Ondo State to mobilise for the governorship candidate of the party, Mr Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, in the November 26 election in Ondo State.

He noted that wrestling power out of the hand of the current government was not an easy task. He then urged supporters saying: “for the APC to win the poll, dedication and hard work are major requirements needed from its members.”
