Ajimobi, Olubadan, Adeojo, others grace Folarin’s fidau prayer

Governor of Oyo State, Senator Abiola Ajimobi, Olubadan of Ibadanlan, Oba Saliu Adtunji, Seriki Adinni of Yoruba land, Alhaji Yekeen Adeojo, were among several dignitaries that attended the fidau prayer of Alhaja Sidikat Abebi Folarin, mother of former senate leader, Teslim Folarin.

 The chief Imam of Ibadanland, Alhaji Abdulganiyu Agbotomokekere, said: “The late matriarch died peacefully, buried on a Jumat day. Senator Teslim Folarin, had people who has been standing with him since his mother’s demise. Hence, they should all be thanking God for a life well spent.”

 Other dignitaries at the 8th day fidau prayer, which was held at Baale Folarin residence , include: Olubadan of Ibadanland, represented by the Ashipa of Ibadanland, High Chief Eddy Oyewole, Chief Lekan Balogun, the Balogun of Ibadanland, Chief Olakulehin, the Iyalode of Ibadanland, Speaker of Oyo State House of Representatives, Maroof Atilola, all party local government chairmen, all state executives of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), former secretary to the state government, Oyo State during Otunba Akala’s tenure, Olayiwola Olakojo.

 Others are, Prof Taoheed Adedoja, Prof Aderemi Adedibu, Prof Emiola, Professor Mrs Adejumo, Alhaja Bose Adedibu, Alhaji Abass Oloko, Senator Ayoade Adeseun, Senator Koleosho, Hon Dapo-Lam Adesina, Hon Gbenga Adewusi, Hon Ademola Ige, Hon Afeez  Jimoh, Hon Akeem Oke, Hon Lekan Ajanni, Hon

Biodun Ekolo, Hon Gbenga Adewusi, Hon Fatai Adesina, Hon Gbenga Nasiru, Hon Gbede.

 Honourable Ademola  Omotosho, Hon Lekan Ganiyu, Alhaji Asimiyu Alarape, Mr Yinka Taiwo, Alhaji Shehu Fadairo, Alhaji abdulAkeem Ige, Alhaji Kolapo Aremu, Alhaji Bashiru Kuti, Mr Sumbo Owolabi, Mr Segun Adebutu, Mr Yemi Aderibigbe, association of grassroot women dwellers of Nigeria, led by Alhaja Fatimat Salawu  and a host of others.
