The Ogun State government has handed over 16 units of 3-bedroom bungalows to families, land owners and communities whose properties were affected by the development of the President Muhammadu Buhari Estate.

Governor Ibikunle Amosun, who handed over the buildings to the beneficiaries on Tuesday in the state capital, commended them for their understanding and cooperation.

He disclosed that 96 of such buildings in the second phase of the project would be given the speedy attention it requires and distributed to other families who have not been presented with their own homes.

The beneficiaries could not hide their feelings as they commended the government for keeping its promise.

Some of them, however, asked for social amenities to complement their new found homes
