Angola: Cultural Exhibitions Unveiled In Italy

The Vice-president of Angola, Manuel Domingos Vicente inaugurated an exhibition of 11 cultural pieces of three Angolan artists in the Italian city of Milan.

They are four sculptural pieces of the artist Etona, four drawings of Tchivinda and three engravings of Van, which are being displayed at Angolan pavilion at Expo Milano2015.

The works portray, among others, the idea of unity and preservation of peace, so as to raise awareness of Angolans to abide by harmony every day.

Speaking to the press about the exhibition running until 30 September, the Angolan Culture minister, Rosa Cruz e Silva, stressed that the culture of the country is absolutely well-represented.

Regarding the exhibited material, the minister said that the three artists show sculpture and talent.

The Expo Milan 2015 offers everyone the opportunity to know the best dishes in the world and discover the gastronomic traditions of the 145 participating countries.
