COCOA PRODUCTION IN NIGERIA TO RISE BY 28% NEXT MONTH

The Nigeria Industry Association has revealed that Cocoa production in Nigeria which is the world’s fourth-largest will increase by 28% by next month harvest.

CEOAFRICA news desk gathered according to the report that Cocoa Output for the October to January harvest will rise to 320,000 metric tons from 250,000 tons of last year.

Spokesman for the Cocoa Association of Nigeria, Robo  Adhuze had declared in Akure, Ondo State that Nigeria also has a smaller crop that runs from Match to June that usually adds another 35,000 tons, Adhuze.
