CEOAFRICA has gathered this tip from the declaration of American Cancer Society Guidelines on Nutrition and Physical Activity for Cancer Prevention.

The medical experts recommend regular exercise and a healthy diet for all women, stating that they can help prevent many conditions, including heart disease, diabetes and many form of cancer.

They also advocated for periodic self examination of the breasts to take precautions before it gets out of hand, highlighting that women who maintain a healthy weight, do regular exercise and who have low intake of saturated fat stand the benefits of avoiding the occurrence of breast cancer.
