Nigeria PLC said that he has confidence in the Nigeria's economy and Investors should not be discouraged, the country economy future is very bright.

The Guinness CEO said that over 60 percent of Nigerians falls within the age bracket of 20s.

Adding that lifestyles and tastes of the consumers globally has changed, consumers have become selective and with this, there is a big challenges for the Marketing firms, they need to be innovative to be able to meet the changing tastes and styles of the consumers.

The Guinness Boss said this at the Annual General Meeting of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria, (NIMN) in Lagos.

He urged the Marketers to have a deep knowledge of consumers' wants and adopting modern strategies and innovations as this will enable them to be successful in their calling.

Adding that one of the ways to unleash the power of marketing is by constantly investing in their growth. This, he added, would enhance their movement to the top of the organization's management.

He said that 80 percent of chief executives of in Diageo, the parent Company of Guinness come from the marketing practitioners and if not that they invest in their growths and skills, they would not able to achieve this.
