The National Chairman of the Clinical Pharmacists’ Association of Nigeria (CPAN), Dr. Maureen Nwafor, has extended heartfelt condolences to Prince Cletus Ilobanafor, Managing Director of CEOAFRICA, and the entire Ilobanafor family, following the passing of their patriarch, Chief Ogbuefi Clement Nwagbogu Ilobanafor (Esesuo Agbara I of Oze̱gu), who departed this life peacefully on June 22, 2025, at the age of 93.

In her tribute, Dr. Nwafor described the late Chief Ilobanafor as “an extraordinary patriarch, community leader, and custodian of wisdom whose life embodied dignity, humility, and unwavering devotion to his people.”

She noted that Chief Ilobanafor’s leadership as Esesuo Agbara I of Oze̱gu reflected a rare blend of fairness, compassion, and foresight—qualities that strengthened the social fabric of Enugwu-Inyi and neighbouring communities for decades.

“Chief Ilobanafor distinguished himself as a unifying force whose counsel guided generations,” Dr. Nwafor stated.

“His commitment to communal harmony and development stands as a timeless example. He inspired trust, earned respect, and built bridges—values that resonate deeply with our mission as clinical pharmacists dedicated to the health and well-being of society.”

She emphasized that his legacy is anchored in service, wisdom, and an enduring love for humanity.

“We celebrate a noble life well-lived—one enriched with purposeful leadership, compassion, and peace. Though he has completed his earthly journey, his legacy will continue to shine brightly,” she said.

On behalf of CPAN, she extended warm condolences to the bereaved family. “To the Ilobanafor family, we offer our heartfelt prayers. May God grant you strength and comfort in this moment of grief, and may you find peace in the knowledge that he lived a fulfilled and impactful life,” Dr. Nwafor added.

She concluded with a solemn farewell to the revered elder: “May the soul of Chief Ogbuefi Clement Nwagbogu Ilobanafor rest in perfect peace. May his memory remain a blessing and an inspiration to generations yet unborn. Adieu, Great Patriarch. Adieu, Esesuo Agbara I of Oze̱gu. Your legacy endures.”
