2026 WCQ playoffs: Super Eagles hold first training today

The Super Eagles are set to hold their first training tonight ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup playoffs.
The team opened camp in Rabat, Morocco for the playoffs on Sunday.
10 players, including captain William Troost-Ekong, Calvin Bassey, Alex Iwobi Samuel Chukwueze, and Tolu Arokodare are already in camp.
Other players in camp are, Olakunle Olusegun, Wilfred Ndidi, Moses Simon, Benjamin Fredrick and Chidozie Awaziem.
The remaining 14 players are expected in camp later today.
Éric Chelle’s side will take on the Panthers of Gabon at the Prince Héritier Moulay El Hassan Sports Complex, Rabat on Thursday.
