Golden Eaglets of Nigeria Faces Tanzania, Algeria Congo in Group B

The Golden Eaglets of Nigeria will face their Tanzanian, Algerian and Congolese counterparts when the CAF U-17 Cup of Nations start in Morocco in July this year.

Cameroon is currently the defending champion of the African U17 Cup of Nations after they emerged winners in 2019 hosted by Tanzania.

In the tournament that is played every two years, the quintet of Cameroon, Nigeria, Ghana, The Gambia and Mali are the best having won two titles each on different occasions.

Meanwhile, the five times world champions, Nigeria, according to the draws made in Morocco on Wednesday, will kick off against Tanzania.

In the other groups, Morocco, Uganda, Zambia and Ivory Coast will compete in Group A while holders, Cameroon, Senegal, Mali and South Africa will vie for qualification from Group C.
