Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria staffs in Abuja today marched in protest against the concession of federal airports in Nigeria.

The Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) National President Comrade Ayuba Waba said that all the airports under concession by the government are viable and they will resist every attempt by the Federal Government of Nigeria to privatize the airports.

The rally was put together by the Air Transport Services Senior Staff Association (ATSSSAN) Abuja, National Union of Air Transport Employees (NUATE) Abuja, and the Nigerian Union of Pensioners (FAAN Branch) Abuja are all synergizing with their sister counterparts nationwide who are observing the peaceful protest march at the four (4) major airports today.
