Kenya Borders now Open to Tourist- Uhuru Kenyatta

Kenya President, Uhuru Kenyatta has encouraged tourists to return to Kenya with an assurance that the country was safe and open for business even with coronavirus cases having tripled over the past month.

Kenyatta in a statement issued in his office today said the country was ready to receive domestic and foreign visitors, and that he was satisfied with the safety measures put in by the tourism sector to protect travelers from COVID-19.

The president who announced that the country has opened up its skies and flights advised that visitors should follow safety precautions of coronavirus in order to contain the spread of the disease.
