Tribunal has dismissed the petition filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its Kogi West senatorial candidate, Dino Melaye.

The three judges of the tribunal unanimous ruled that the petitioners failed to prove their case.

Smart Adeyemi’s election as Senator for Kogi West senatorial District was, however, upheld.
