Visa For Music, the first professional platform that gathers and federates artists of the music industry of Morocco, the Middle East and Africa will on 20th – 23rd November, 2019 hold her 6th edition for the year 2019.

The 6th edition will hold in Rabat, in the prestigious Palais Tazi, at the Mohamed V National Theater, Cinema and Renaissance Club, as well as in other partner venues.

The Visa For Music was a project born in 2014 from a paradox: on the one hand, the lack of visibility for African and the Middle-East artists at the international and, on the other hand, the presence of an artistic dynamism and an extremely rich musical creation from these musicians.

The 5th edition of the Visa For Music was organized in 2018, with about 30 showcases at the center of the project, but also conferences, speed-meetings, workshops and trainings.

Meanwhile, the VFM objectives includes developing the music scene at an international level; encouraging artistic mobility between African countries and the Middle-East; promoting music from Morocco, Africa and the Middle-East to Europe and northern markets and contributing to the improvement of the status of artists from Southern countries among others.

Since 2014, Visa For Music has been proud to have fulfilled its mission and to have allowed to national and international artists to make themselves known and perform on European stages mainly but also in all other regions of the world.

It has however remained a highly anticipated event that brings together more than 2000 artists, professionals and journalists from all over the world each year across the world.
