Breaking : Fighting at South Sudan embassy in Sudan's capital city, Khartoum

KHARTOUM, Sudan -                                      A fierce fight reportedly broken out at South Sudan embassy in Sudan’s capital city, Khartoum, on Monday morning between staffs and angry students who were agitating for a change in passport-issuing system at the embassy, South Sudan local newspaper, Nyamilepedia, has reported on Monday.

“There was a fighting going on between the South Sudanese students in Sudan with officials of South Sudan Consulate in Khartoum this morning,” source told the newspaper from the Sudanese capital.

The source further revealed that the students have been complaining that staffs at the embassy in Khartoum were giving preference to serve those who pays extra money and bribe in issuing documents, a claim also echo by another South Sudanese nationals in Sudan.

“The fighting occurred around 8:30 AM where students were demanding justice in the affairs of the administration of Passports, Nationalities and Immigration,” the source added.
