Commonwealth observers led by former President of Tanzania, Dr. Jakaya Kikwete, on Monday, met with the Independent National Electoral Commission chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu and members of the Commission.

The meeting took place at the Commission’s Conference Hall Abuja.
