nIGERIA former Minister of Sports and Youth Development,Damish Sango has said the gale of defections from the All Progressive Congress (APC) to the  Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as a testimony that  things have fallen apart in the ruling party under President Muhammadu Buhari administration.
It would be recalled that Senate President Senator Bukola Saraki, Governor  Samuel Ortom and  former Speaker House of Representatives and Sokoto State governor, Aminu Tambuwal, and host of others recently defected from APC to the APC.
Sango, currently the PDP chairman in Plateau State, said going by the current political developments in APC, the centre could no longer hold for the ruling party and the Buhari-led Federal Government ahead the 2019 general elections.
Sango spoke at the PDP secretariat in Jos while receiving one of the party’s governorship aspirants, Ponya Ibrahim,  who came to drop his letter of intention.
According to Sango, “the hand writing on the wall is very clear that APC at all levels of governance has failed woefully in the last three years to provide purposeful leadership for the people of this country as promised during their campaigns in 2014 ahead the 2015 elections that brought Buhari to power.”
