24-year-old Canadian singer, actor and songwriter, Justin Bieber has finally affirmed that, he and 21-year-old model Hailey Baldwin are engaged and he seems so certain she's the right one.

The singer took to Instagram to profess love for his woman with the most beautiful words and revealed he expects to spend forever with her.
