There is pandemonium in Port Harcourt this morning after a policeman fatally shot a soldier on Ada George Road in Port Harcourt, Rivers state.

According to reports from residents, the policeman was not aware the man was a soldier and he shot him twice, killing him.

This resulted in pandemonium in the state capital and roads have been blocked as a result, leading to heavy traffic.
