Ivorian Captain and Galatasaray of Turkey forward, Didier Drogba, has expressed the readiness of his Turkish club to face Real Madrid in tonight’s Champions League clash.

In a pre-match conference, the former Chelsea striker told reporters  that he is confident Galatasaray can beat Real Madrid again.

"It's a new season and we know we can beat them again," Drogba told a news conference on Monday.

"The best thing to do is play good football and give 100 percent to win. Once again we are going to face the top clubs of Europe this season and I think we have a good chance to qualify for the knockout stages," he said.

It would be recalled that Galatasaray defeated Real 3-2 at home in the return leg of the Champions League quarter-finals last season.

"With our game we can get the fans to cheer. Last season, Madrid’s players were in shock. After the game they said it was crazy, we have great fans.” Drogba said.
