Dr Kate Ikechi Isa to deliver Chrisland University 9th Matriculation lecture

Dr. (Mrs.) Kate Ikechi Isa (D.Sc.), the founder and CEO Katchey Company Limited, will on Thursday, 29th February, 2024 delivers Chrisland University 9th Matriculation Lecture.

The ceremony is to mark the formal entry of its new intakes into the institution for the 2023/2024 academic session.

The theme is “Winning” while the speaker, Dr Ikechi will explore the topic “This is how to win”.

In a statement made available to CEOAFRICA by the Public Relations Unit of the institution, the Vice Chancellor of the university, Prof Chinedum Peace Babalola FAS, FAAS, FPSN, said the university is leaving no stone unturned towards building a world class university. The VC further said that the ceremony will take place in the school premises, will kick off by 10 am.

Prof Babalola urged the general public who cannot be physically present at the 9th matriculation ceremony to join virtually, through the following: Zoom, YouTube and Facebook.

Chrisland University 9th Matriculation Speaker, Dr Kate Ikechi Isa is an audacious entrepreneur and the CEO of the Katchey Group, a global business leader, education advocate, promoter of 21st century science and empowering force forwomen's success and work-life balance.

Dr Kate Isa is the First female President of SPAN since its inception in 1986. She’s the Managing Director, Delta Plus Diagnostics, Delta State, NIGERIA and also founder and president, LEEISA Inc, Los Angeles, USA.

She has holds B.Sc. in Computer Sciences University of Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria and Masters Degree in Business Administration, Harvard Business School, Boston, Massachusetts, USA.

Kate is the wife of Abdulrazaq Isa, the Founder and Chairman of Waltersmith Petroman Oil Limited and Waltersmith Refineries, and they are the parents of Amina Ezinneka and Zaq Chidiebere.
