PSN President Mourns the Passing of Mother-in-Law

The Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN) is in mourning as its president, Professor Cyril Odianose Usifoh, has lost his mother-in-law, Mrs Patricia Agnes Adebimpe Ogunmakin JP nee Fasehun. Mrs Ogunmakin passed away at the ripe age of 87 years, leaving behind a legacy of love and strength.

Mrs Patricia Agnes Adebimpe Ogunmakin JP, the mother of Professor Stella F Usifoh, the wife of PSN President, Professor Cyril Odianose Usifoh, breathed her last in dusking day 31st  of January 2024 . The family has confirmed the sad news, and burial arrangements is scheduled for Friday 16th February to Sunday 18th February, 2024 starting with a tribute and vigil mass on the 16th February at Adoc Event Centre located at 42, Ondo Ife Road, Near Valentino Junction, Ondo state by 4pm prompt. 
On the 17th February, Lying in state is scheduled to take place at the deceased residence at 38, College Road, Ife Roundabout, Ondo state by 8am while the Requiem mass and internment comes up at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church, Oke Paadi, Ondo by 10am, after which reception follows at Lande Event centre located at Chief Banjo Akingbule Road, opposite civic center Ondo State, starting 1:00pm. The burial ceremony will be concluded with a thanksgiving mass on Sunday 18th February at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church, Oke Paadi Ondo by 10:30am.

With deep sorrow, the family announces the passing of their beloved mother and grandmother, Mrs Patricia Agnes Adebimpe Ogunmakin JP nee Fasehun. Her passing has left a void that will be difficult to fill. However, the family finds solace in the beautiful life she lived and her everlasting impact on their lives and the community at large.

Born in 1937, Mrs Patricia Agnes Adebimpe Ogunmakin JP nee Fasehun lived a life marked by love, compassion, and dedication. She was a pillar of strength within her community, known for her kindness and generosity. Throughout her life, she touched the lives of many through her selfless acts of service and devotion.

Mrs Ogunmakin is survived by her children, including Professor Stella F Usifoh, as well as grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her memory will always be cherished by her loving family, friends, and community.

The PSN community and the wider pharmaceutical industry extend their heartfelt condolences to the Usifoh family during this difficult time. Mrs Ogunmakin's impact on her family and community will not be forgotten, and her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
