The Ekiti State House of Assembly has elected Hon Gboyega Aribisogan, who represents Ikole constituency as the new speaker.
The new Speaker was elected during the plenary on Tuesday.
Rt Hon Aribisogan will replace the late Rt Hon Funminyi Afuye, who died last month after a brief illness.
