A bus travelling from Kaduna to Kafachan lost control and killed five passengers, along Kaduna-Kachia road.
It was reported that the driver was speeding and lost control when he hit a pot hole.
One of the survivors, Joseph Amos, who spoke with newsmen said; “We boarded a bus from Kaduna going to Kafachan. We were eight inside the bus when suddenly the bus lost control and hit a pole wire. Five persons died immediately.”
Amos who is currently been treated in a hospital in Kaduna said the driver was warned severally by the passengers against the bad road, bend and potholes, but he didn’t listen.
The dead victims have been taken to a morgue.
The Federal Road Safety Corp (FRSC) in the State is yet to confirm the accident.
