President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday in Imo State, inaugurated the 36km dual carriageway of Owerri-Orlu road.

CEOAFRICA had earlier reported that Buhari was welcomed at the Airport by the Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodimma and other dignitaries dressed in white outfits and red caps amid the sit-at-home Order by IPOB in the State.
