Thousands of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) supporters and loyalists yesterday besieged Polo ground Eleyele, Ibadan to witness the public declaration of Engineer Seyi Makinde, the PDP governorship aspirant in Oyo State for the 2015 election.

Senatorial District in 2007 and governorship in 2011".

"Due to the need to address the imbalance, I have decided to contest for the governorship of Oyo State under PDP".

Also head states like Barrack Obama of United, David Cameron of United Kingdom became leaders of their country at about my age".

Oyo, our great state is known for Education, Agriculture. A situation where Oyo emerged 24 of 36 states of the federation and Abuja in the WAEC exams is unacceptable, Oyo came behind all the states in South-West, South-South and in the South-East.

Not a single farmland has been added in agriculture in the three years reign of All Progressive Congress(APC) in the state. I want to start a new future of hope in Oyo State. I therefore stand before you to declare my candidacy for the governor of Oyo State".
