Wednesday, 12 May 2021: In the myriads of reactions that have trailed popular Nigerian Pastor, Paul Adefarasin’s call on Nigerians to have a plan B as a way to escape out of the nation, Victoria Orenze, a sensational Worship Leader has also added her voice.

The singer does not agree with the cleric’s advice.

Recall that CEOAFRICA had reported some of the comments that followed after a video surfaced online by the ‘House on the Rock Senior Pastor calling on his church members to “Get yourself a plan B. Whether that';;s an Okada to Cameroon or flying boat or speed boat as we call them to Seme Border or a hole in the ground, get your plan B because these people are crazy”.

Mixed reactions trailed online, as celebrities like journalist Kemi Olunloyo and actor cum politician, Yul Edochie, also disagreed with the fleeing theory. Edochie even claimed to be the one God has sent to liberate the people.

Victoria Orenze took to Instagram to air her opinion that repentance from selfishness is what Nigeria needs.  She asked what the fate of those who doesn’t have enough resources to flee the country will be.

According to her, repentance is 1% prayer and 99% action.

“As a Nigerian, whether you are in this country or you are outside or you are planning to leave, repentance is our solution.

“Turning from our ways – wicked, good or bad, to His ways! Turning from our selfish, greedy, heartless ways to the way of the Lord because Judgment will meet us wherever we are, if we do not repent! If I can afford the opportunity to go and live in a “better country”, what about those that can’t? Repentance is the way forward. (Repentance is 1% prayer, 99% action) Lord let repentance flood Nigeria in the name of Jesus”, she wrote.
