Nigeria- Thursday April 29, 2021: Actress Iyabo Ojo has vowed to re-arrest Olanrewaju Omiyinka, aka Baba Ijesha if he is released

The actress statement is coming after reported plans to release the actor emerged online.

Iyabo Ojo in a new video on her Instagram page vowed that she would not let an abuser go scott-free because a teenager is involved.

“I will rearrest Baba Ijesha if he is released. I don’t know the authorities involved in this case but if he is released that means there is a problem in Nigeria.

“I heard some people in my industry are trying to release him but I wouldn’t let that happen as a mother

“I stand as a woman and not a celebrity, if they release him, we will rearrest him.

“If Nigeria refuses to take up the case, we will go international,” she said.
