Accord Party Members welcome Senator Olufemi Lanlehin with Other Officially To the Party

Oyo state Accord party today 26th August 2014 during a rally held at Mapo hall, officially welcome Sen. Olufemi Lanlehin and others to the party. At the rally which members of the party troop in mass, was to officially announce the arrival of Sen. Olufemi Lanlehin, Semiu Alao Arisekola and others who decamped to Accord party. According to the Oyo state chairman of Accord party Mr. Bashir Lawal said, Accord party is the party for all, everybody who are willing to join are most welcome, "we have not come to campaign but to welcome amiable people into our midst, I want to assure you all that those that just decamped have equal right with our existing members who had joined 10years ago, no discrimination, they have right to aspire for any office apart from governorship seat" he said. 

 

Furthermore the chairman assures the general public that 4months after the swearing in of the governor, they will conduct local government election, which is our policy, we are democrat party he said. "Our party is for the down trodden, we are not rich, and that is why we can do it better because we know your pains and groans" he said.


"I thank everybody present here and I want you all to be rest assured, come May 29th 2015, Accord party will win the gubernatorial election and other offices we aspired in Oyo state, and we will all be at Obafemi Awolowo stadium to celebrate our victory" Sen. Lanlehin said, he therefore implores people to vote in the right candidate for a better future.   

 

"our party is no more Ibadan party, it is now all round Oyo state, we are now big party, and definitely will emerge as the winner in 2015 election, we now have people who has been giving us concern in our party, such as Sen. Lanlehin, Agbarapo, Ayodele, Akinosun and others, who said we are the only party that can do it right, and we will never fail you, we thank you all for your time and patience, and that which our party chairman has said is the truth and it shall come to pass" Sen.
